Grammo is the new pizza in town; what makes us different?

  We believe the magic happens with our 2 stage process which is  spaced  in a  24 hours period; after that  the dough is left to leaven and mature for 4 days before is hand stretched  and cooked to perfection. giving it  that crispy but soft consistency. Our pizza is highly digestible and it is good either hot or cold. Our pizza can be left in the fridge and reheated after a day and the amazing thing is that it will be as good as the day that you purchased it .

An Innovative Concept from Chef Flavio Tosolini

When I developed this recipe I was inspired by the characteristics that I love in a great Italian pizza. I personally believe that this goal is achieved when the pizza  is  crispy but soft inside, not chewy and highly digestible and most importantly it does not give  that felling of heaviness . It is my humble opinion that  with  my pizza I have achieved all the parameters of a great pizza.
